Sequim Tops 4A Shorewood by 24

Sequim Girls Golf goes to 4-0 on the season, beating 4A Shorewood by 24 strokes.  #1 Star goes to Chelsea Pettibone again this match, carding another 3-over-par 40.  Isolde Chea-Lawrence carded a 44, 2 better than last match and Stephanie Schlichting one better with a 53.  First year player Ellison Brown is doing very well scoring 8 strokes better than her two previous matches.

Sequim girls are now 3-0 in Nisqually League Play.  The match started in a drizzle, turned sunny for five holes and then ended cool and breezy for two holes.  STAR of the Day ~ Chelsea Pettibone had two 3-putts for a 3 over par "40".

Sequim girls played a new golf course for the first time and did very well.  We had an hour of heavy rain just before the game time and the course was soft and slow.  Sequim in now 2-0 for the season.
